Who else sees it
Regulators and law enforcement where we are legally required to disclose; payment providers to move your money; identity-verification providers to check your documents; and technology suppliers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Some records we are legally required to keep for a set period even after an account closes, and we will tell you when that applies.
